🍽️ Breakfast – Scorched Rice Soup + Braised Tofu



🍚 Scorched Rice Soup Recipe

Scorched rice soup is mild and easy to digest. It’s known for its comforting flavor and is perfect for a sensitive stomach.

✔️ Ingredients

  • 1 cup of scorched rice
  • 3 cups of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of kelp broth

  1. In a pot, combine water and kelp broth. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the scorched rice and simmer over low heat.
  3. Cook until the rice softens, then season with salt.
