🥤 Breakfast: Banana Shake (Lactose-Free)
- ✅ Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup lactose-free soy milk
- Slice the banana and place it in a blender.
- Add lactose-free soy milk and blend until smooth.
- Drink while it is fresh.
🍲 Lunch: Chicken Porridge (Fat-Free) + Boiled Potato
- ✅ Ingredients: 100g chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, 2 cups water, 1 potato
- Boil the chicken breast and remove all fat.
- Cook the rice and chicken together until a soft porridge is formed.
- Boil the potato, mash it gently, and eat it alongside the porridge.
🐟 Dinner: Steamed Salmon + White Rice
- ✅ Ingredients: 100g salmon, 1 cup water, 1 bowl of white rice
- Steam the salmon on low heat until soft.
- Do not add oil or seasoning.
- Serve with white rice.
