🥤 Breakfast: Banana Shake (Lactose-Free)



  • ✅ Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup lactose-free soy milk
  1. Slice the banana and place it in a blender.
  2. Add lactose-free soy milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Drink while it is fresh.

🍲 Lunch: Chicken Porridge (Fat-Free) + Boiled Potato



  • ✅ Ingredients: 100g chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, 2 cups water, 1 potato
  1. Boil the chicken breast and remove all fat.
  2. Cook the rice and chicken together until a soft porridge is formed.
  3. Boil the potato, mash it gently, and eat it alongside the porridge.

🐟 Dinner: Steamed Salmon + White Rice



  • ✅ Ingredients: 100g salmon, 1 cup water, 1 bowl of white rice
  1. Steam the salmon on low heat until soft.
  2. Do not add oil or seasoning.
