🍲 Breakfast: Smooth Potato Soup

- Dice the potato and onion.
- Boil them in chicken broth until soft.

🍚 Lunch: Silken Tofu + White Rice
- ✅ Ingredients: 1 block of silken tofu, 1 bowl of white rice, 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Cut the silken tofu into small pieces.
- Serve with freshly cooked white rice.
- Add a small amount of soy sauce for flavor.
🍗 Dinner: Boiled Chicken + Carrot Purée
- ✅ Ingredients: 100g chicken breast, 1/2 carrot, 1 cup water
- Boil the chicken breast until tender.
- Boil the carrot separately and blend into a purée.
- Shred the chicken and serve with carrot purée.
